Workbook for Your Type

The workbooks below include a few of the growth practices and journaling prompts from the book. These workbooks do not contain all of the resources from the book, but they will help guide your exploration of the passion and defense mechanisms, along with a few other practices to get you started.

Enneagram Assessment Tools

Downloadable

  • Find a PDF version of the assessment in the book here

  • Please note, this PDF includes the charts and the sections you’d need to write in in the book. It does not include the instructions or any additional guidance, so refer back to Chapter 3 for that.

Online Assessments I recommend

While assessments are never going to be 100% accurate, they can offer a good starting point for your Enneagram exploration. Here are the two I recommend the most.

  • Compass Assessment: https://cpenneagram.com/compass

    • This is the test I use the most when I work with teams. It is highly accurate, and the report includes various strategies for further understanding and growth. You also get a report for your second-highest result.

  • Truity: https://www.truity.com/test/enneagram-personality-test

    • The best thing about Truity is that you can get your results for free (though you do have to purchase the report if you want to know more). Some of my clients like to use this assessment to get their top 3 results, then they narrow it down on their own.
